Hotels and Resorts

The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire Hotel and addressing all incidents and emergencies. Security Officers improve the safety provided to the Hotel visitors and safeguard the commercial value of the property. They also ensure that the guests and visitors use the facilities safely. As part of his/her day to day duties, Security Officers can be expected to do the following:
• Conduct security patrols.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Theft prevention,
• Provide help and assistance to guests.
• Conduct car park patrols.
• Provide Basic first aid and per perform fire safety duties.
• Deal with drunk and disorderly guests.
• Handle with guest room incidents.
• Participate in events within the Hotel.
• Conflict management and conflict resolution.
• Make a civil arrest.
• Liaise with the police.
